The Guhring 967 series cut taps are perfect for tapping BSP (british standard pipe) through holes, primarily in stainless steels with the capacity to also cut steels and non-ferrous materials. Its spiral point design and thread length allows the tapping of through holes with a cutting depth of 3x the tap diameter. Manufactured from HSS-E with bright finish for excellent wear resistance and cutting performance, these taps are reliable for producing precise BSP threads in a range of materials.
